Career planning has been an extremely important and innovative work on the process of human resource management for newly recruited management staff,the implementation of career planning for new recruit management personnel career planning is to achieve the win-win between the business and new recruits,and then upgrade the market competitiveness of Shengli Oilfield and explore the potential of the newly management personnel.In this paper,In this paper,on the basis of the theory of career planning and the experience of career planning,combining questionnaire to Shengli Oilfield management personnel,analyzes the current situation and existing problems of new recruits management personnel career planning of Shengli Oilfield,try to do a more comprehensive study on the career planning of the new recruits.The purpose of this study is: by exploring research on career development theory,combined with the status of Shengli Oilfield present new recruits management personnel career development,and strive to integrate theory with practice to improve its operability,the new recruits management personnel career planning the method applied to real Shengli Oilfield,the change to the new recruits Shengli Oilfield management personnel paid insufficient attention to career development,recognizing ambiguous status quo.Through the different employees and their work is characterized by analysis and the reasons for Behavioral force structure and flow of staff for new recruits career planning Shengli Oilfield propose a new perspective,to improve and enhance new recruits career Enterprises planning and management level to provide guidance and reference.The thesis is divided into five chapters,the main contents and structure is as follows: The first chapter,Introduction.This chapter outlines the research background,significance and research methods and frame structure;Chapter II Summary of career planning and management theory.This chapter describes the stages of career development theory,theory of career choice,career anchor theory and define the concepts and content of career planning;Chapter III introduces the basic situation of Shengli Oilfield,Shengli Oilfield,the characteristics of the industry,its human resource situation analysis,career planning and management situation and problem analysis.Chapter V and Chapter VI,Shengli Oilfield new recruits career planning programs and proposals.This chapter discusses the new recruits from the career planning process,combining business practice to carry out new recruits career planning,recommendations and implementation measures have certain operational.Conclusions pointed to achieve a win-win individuals and organizations are always new recruits basic principles of career planning and management of Shengli Oilfield,under the guidance of this principle,Shengli Oilfield new recruits career planning theory and practice will continue to develop and sound,thus contributing to the progress and development of the business and the community.
