With the rapid development of e-commerce and information technology, lynx, Dangdang, Jingdong Mall and other B2 C e-commerce platform is becoming more and more mature. Industry manufacturers such as clothing, department stores, 3C have launched B2 C business. EMS, SF and other large logistics company are fully involved in the e-commerce. With the rapid development of B2 C e-commerce, it puts forward many requirements, such as high efficiency, personalization, flexibility, low cost and so on. The existing traditional distribution logistics system has only single function of logistics, low profit and high cost, which can't meet the demand of distribution logistics for e-commerce. Therefore, it is of great theoretical and practical value to study the operation mode of distribution logistics in B2 C environment.In this paper, the distribution logistics operation in B2 C environment is studied, and the related cases are analyzed, and the corresponding countermeasures are given.In this paper, we found that some problems, such as, fault information flow, low operation efficiency, high logistics cost and lack of treatment t o peak demand, occur in the operations of many distribution logistics for e-commerce in our country. These problems have influence on the delivery time, consumer satisfaction, inventory inaccuracy, declined profits, customer churn, and so on. To solve these problems, the actual case of Y company as an example, a solution with EDI, TMS, WMS, automation equipment, and the diversification of value added services is proposed. Our solution can improve the information communication, delivery efficiency, delivery accuracy and logistics cost.
