The Research Of Dianqiangui Area Tourism Cross-regional Joint Development Of The Coordination Mechanism

With the rapid development of global tourism,regional tourism cooperation has become the future direction of the impact of tourism development around the world and an important field of competitiveness.YunNan,Guizhou and GuangXi provinces(areas)adjacent geographical position,the historical origin,natural resources,national culture,social economic and geographical environment to a great extent of convergence.NanGuiKun is economic hinterland,"Fan Zhujiang river delta regional cooperation","the long river economic belt development strategic planning","Zhujiang-XiJiang economic belt development strategic planning" and other regional cooperation development plan covers the DianQianGui three provinces(area),to strengthen the DianQianGui area of regional economic ties.At the same time,in the three provinces(areas)in recent years,under the background of rapid development of tourism industry,promote the three provinces of Guizhou,Yunnan,Guangxi tourism industry joint development,is the common three province regional economic competitiveness,realize the inevitable choice of regional economic integration.At present,YunNan,GuiZhou and GuangXi provinces(areas)tourism industry through the individual to achieve the cooperation between enterprises,but scope of cooperation is not enough,strength of cooperation is not enough,effect cooperation is not obvious.Therefore,in order to make the DianQianGui area tourism cooperation to achieve the desired effect,this article first to the DianQianGui necessary conditions of regional tourism cooperation and motivation factors made a detailed analysis.Second,we will participate in the three main bodies of cooperation--the relationship between the government,enterprises and industry associations through the analysis of game theory method and illustrates the provincial government,across different provinces between enterprises,the provincial government and enterprises to consider their owninterests as a starting point,between of cooperation or non-cooperation game.To achieve cross-regional joint DianQianGui area tourism development,the purpose of this article the author in the fifth chapter focuses on YunNan,Guizhou and Guang Xi provinces(area)should be involved in the development of tourism by leaders of the unity of the regular meeting,policy planning,benefit sharing between enterprises,strategic alliance between the industry,such as multilateral coordination,establish cooperation coordination mechanism effectively,the DianQianGui area to promote cross-regional joint development of the tourism industry.Finally,some suggestions are put forward for the effective operation of the safeguard mechanism.
