Research On Benefit Ditribution Of The Three Provinces In Northeast Regional Tourism Cooperation

Regional tourism cooperation has become one of the main trends of tourism development, more and more countries and regions are aware of the importance of cooperation in the tourism industry development, there are not only cross-border tourism cooperation, such as Northeast Asia, the Mekong regional tourism, but also tourism cooperation between the provincial, such as Yangtze River Delta, Pearl River Delta, these regional cooperation has been mature and achieved good results and driven economic development. Northeast Region has vast territory and rich tourism resources,strengthening the regional cooperation has very important significance to promote the overall development of the tourism industry in Northeast Region. In recent years, the Northeast region kept a 20% annual tourism revenues increasing rate, the revitalization of the tourism industry largely depend on the regional cooperation. Now, with the gradual deepening of cooperation, the Northeast Tourism circle pattern has taken shape, experts speculated that this region will become another hot plate after the Yangtze River Delta, the Pan-Pearl River Delta regional tourism.However, with the further cooperation and expansion of regional tourism cooperation in Northeast region, many and increasingly complex stakeholders result in interests conflicts, these become important issues that managers could not avoid but must be proactive to resolve. The benefits distribution is an important issue that affect Northeast regional tourism cooperation, whether equal, fair, reasonable is directly related to long-term cooperation and stability, which is the focus of this study.Based on the study on domestic and regional tourism cooperation theoretical literature, firstly,this paper described the relevant concepts, after elaborate study of game theory,benefits distribution theory, symbiosis theory, systems theory, management of the stakeholder theory and other related theories, the paper start from the current situation of tourism in the Northeast region, summarized the Northeast regional tourism cooperation development process, the basic conditions and characteristics of co-operation, comprehensively analized the regional tourism cooperation interests content,composition and benifit distribution content, subject, and then focused on the the importance of benefits distribution, features, contradictions, principles and distribution pattern of Northeast Regional tourism cooperation, raised on this basis, this paper bring up simple method and model about the Northeast regional tourism cooperation benefit distribution, and finally trying to build an effective coordination mechanism for the benefits distribution of Northeast regional tourism from both the government and the market mechanism side, with a view to discuss the path of benefits coordination of the Northeast regional tourism cooperation.This paper has extremely important theoretical and practical significance to the Northeast regional tourism development.
