Study On Approach Of Enterprise Competitiveness Improvement Based On Construction Labor Worker Industrialization

At present,our country's construction enterprises are facing increasingly fierce market competition,at the same time also overcoming the labor force mobility,low technical level,age structure imbalance and other employment problems.Implementation of the labor force industry can regulate the labor modes of employment,enhance skill levels of workers,labor force age postganglionic optimization and enhance the cohesion of the enterprise,which is the inevitable way for enterprises to achieve sustainable development.This paper takes the construction of the industrial construction of the construction labor workers as the breakthrough point,and studies the ways of improving the competitiveness of the construction enterprises.Through literature reading,questionnaire survey,field visits and other information gathering methods to understand the real situation of the development of labor workers in the construction industry in our country,to enhance the competitiveness of the way to build a good foundation for the enterprise.Combining the characteristics of the construction industry and the key influence of the construction labor enterprise competitiveness,the evaluation index system of the enterprise competitiveness based on the construction industry labor workers' industrialization is established.The optimized main component analysis method and analytic hierarchy process are used to evaluate the competitiveness of construction enterprises and get the influence of the evaluation index on the enterprise competitiveness.At the same time,with the real situation of the development of labor workers in the construction industry in our country,the reasons of influencing the industrial process of the construction industry are analyzed.Based on the current situation of the development of labor force in our country's construction industry and the contribution of the reference service enterprise competitiveness is the contribution of the factors,put forward the effective way to improve the labor workers' industrial workers construction in aspects of human resource construction,enterprise culture construction,policy system construction and so on,to provide a reference for incorporating the construction labor market management into a strict legal system,scientific and standardized channel.
