With the development of the national economy, increasing the quality of life pursuit, tourism becomes one of the most common people’s leisure activities, the development of the tourism industry has changed people’s life. The tourism industry as a pillar industry of national economy, it’s healthy and stable development in relation to the various provinces and cities in China’s economic growth. Because the area of China’s tourism resources and infrastructure are not the same, so the research of tourism industry competitiveness of country has an important significance for the.Heilongjiang province is rich in tourism resources, vast territory and abundant resources, superior natural conditions make the focus on the development of tourism industry in Heilongjiang province has become the inevitable. In recent years, Heilongjiang Province, the tourism industry has made considerable development, has become a new economic growth point of Heilongjiang Province, but its tourism resource advantage has not been effectively transformed into tourism industry competitive advantage. With the domestic and foreign tourism market increasingly fierce competition, play the advantage of tourism resources in Heilongjiang Province, in order to heighten the competitive capacity of the tourism estate in Heilongjiang Province, a large province of tourism resources has become a strong tourism economy, has become a major challenge for tourism in Heilongjiang province. Therefore, using the method of quantitative analysis, to study the factors that influences on the competitive capacity of the tourism estate in Heilongjiang Province, to provide theoretical basis for the development of Heilongjiang province tourism industry better, promote the sustainable and stable development of the national economy.This paper uses the theory of industrial economics and tourism science, using Potter’s diamond model as the starting point, with cost advantage theory, competitive advantage theory and regional tourism competitiveness theory as the basis, combined with the characteristics of tourism industry, try to select the relevant variables and data, to establish the evaluation index system of the competitiveness of the tourism industry, through quantitative analysis, qualitative analysis and empirical analysis method to estimate the research to the Heilongjiang province tourism industry competitiveness. By using the method of analytic hierarchy process and principal component analysis unifies, the competitiveness of tourism industry of Heilongjiang province and other thirty provinces and cities horizontal comparison, the specific rankings impact of each index, we get the main factor affecting the competitiveness of tourism industry in Heilongjiang Province, analysis of the competitiveness of tourism industry in the country ranked.Through the quantitative analysis of the results of evaluation, analysis of Heilongjiang province tourism industry compared with other regions of the advantages and disadvantages, combined with the specific circumstances of Heilongjiang Province, the suggestions on the development of tourism industry in Heilongjiang province better measures, fully develop and use to tourism resources, tourism resources into real competition for resources, to provide suggestions for the development of Heilongjiang tourism industry, more provide beneficial help for the economic development of Heilongjiang Province, so as to further heighten the competitive capacity of the tourism industry.
