This paper based on the background of economic globalization,arranged the materials and theory,and did a research of international business development strategy with the sample of Bank of Communications Ningbo branch.With the global economic integration,as well as the Chinese economy into the new normal,the international business of commercial banks is facing unprecedented challenges and opportunities.The international business of Bank of communications Ningbo branch began in 1989,after more than 20 years,it has a certain size and market share,but also faces the new normal adaptive adjustment problems.In this paper,the writer analyzed the external environment and internal environment of the international business.And then through the SWOT analysis,it is clear that the line of international business development strengths,weaknesses,opportunities and challenges,proposed in the next few years the line of international business development strategy.One is to optimize the international business management system,from the business model,performance evaluation,integration of internal and external resources,enhance the scientific planning and decision-making level;two is to optimize the marketing strategy of international business,from the customer demand,product portfolio with the chain linkage marketing model,to greatly increase the international business competitiveness and profitability ability;Three is to optimize the international business process,from the operation,risk management,international business service system,to enhance the customer experience.In this paper,strategic research is applied in the international business field of branch level,and it is closely combined with practical work,which has a practical reference value for the international business of Bank of communications Ningbo branch.
