With the accelerated development of interest rate marketization in China,the growth of China’s financial industry has been greatly promoted.Meanwhile,the income level of urban and rural residents has also been increasing.Therefore,residents’ demand for investment to realize asset appreciation is increasing.At the same time,in order to compete for customer resources and market share,various financial institutions have rushed to launch their own financial management services and improve their own business level,thus meeting the diversified investment needs of customers.With the rapid development of mixed operation in China’s financial industry,in order to get a place in the growing competition,the financial institutions should have their own core products,in which financial service is one of the important means to seize customer resource.Under this background,the financial products are exploding,which were issued after 2011.There are a series of problems in the rapid development of financial service,such as single service channel and serious homogenization of products,which will certainly hinder the sustainable development of financial institutions.Therefore,based on the development status of personal financial service of Bank of Communications,this paper makes an deep analysis of the problems of the current financial service and puts forward corresponding development strategies.In the era of general asset management and informationization,customers’ willingness to invest tends to be rational and diversified.The financial institutions pay much attention to commercial bank’s way of calmly dealing with it,grasping their customers and expanding their financial market.Therefore,through deep study of the problems in the personal financial service of the Bank of Communications,this paper puts forward some strategies in line with its development.Through deep study of the personal financial service of Bank of Communications,this paper hopes to formulate the strategies to promote its sustainable development.Taking the personal financial service of Bank of Communications as the research object,it puts forward more scientific and rational suggestions for the present problems and phenomena.Firstly,this paper describes the research significance,the research status at home and abroad,and the contents,methods and innovations of research.Secondly,it sorts out the theoreticalknowledge of China’s personal service,expounds its concept and classification,introduces its development process,explains its the risk level standard,and explains the basic risk control theory.Thirdly,it describes the analysis of current situation and problem of personal financial service of Bank of Communications,and detailedly introduces the general situation of Bank of Communications,the development process and current situation,product structure,main financial products,the analysis of internal and external factors,and problems and cause analysis of personal financial service of Bank of Communications.Fourthly,by drawing lessons from the advanced experiences and practices of other banks at home and abroad,this paper puts forward some proposals to the personal financial service of Bank of Communications.Finally,through deep discussion and analysis of the problem,it finds out the corresponding solutions to smoothly implement the development strategies.。Based on the above research and analysis,this paper puts forward corresponding strategies from five different dimensions such as product differentiation,risk control management,increase of intermediary business income,personnel management and marketing mode.On the whole,these strategies are based on the reference of the advanced experience and practices of many commercial banks at home and abroad,and according to my years of experience and lessons of working as a junior staff of the Bank of Communications,I expect that in the future,personal financial service of the Bank of Communications will develop smoothly and rapidly. |
