The development of coastal tourism plays an important role in the adjustment of economic structure,the improvement of the level of competitiveness,the improvement of the quality of life of residents and the development of regional economy in Zhoushan.This article from the perspective of tourist satisfaction of Zhoushan coastal tourism competitiveness,the level of objective evaluation of the competitiveness of coastal tourism in Zhoushan City,deeply analyzes the existing problems of Zhoushan coastal tourism development,puts forward the measures to enhance competitiveness.According to the SPSS evaluation results,it determines the factors affecting the development of urban coastal tourism,and analysis of its mechanism,through the appropriate adjustment of these factors,promotes the competitiveness of coastal tourism in Zhoushan.According to the survey results of tourists' satisfaction,it tries to study the current situation and existing problems of the coastal tourism from the perspective of tourists' perception of Zhoushan coastal tourism.This paper attempts to use quantitative and qualitative methods in order to enhance the competitiveness of Zhoushan coastal tourism,promote the sustainable development of coastal tourism to provide a feasible approach.First of all,research on the competitiveness of coastal tourism and tourist satisfaction at home and abroad are reviewed,respectively,after explaining the relationship between the customer satisfaction and the competitiveness of coastal tourism,and then introduces the relevant theories,the theoretical basis for the study of Zhoushan coastal tourism competitiveness;Secondly,referring to the domestic and foreign coastal tourism competitiveness evaluation index system construction principle,also consider the evaluation index system the dynamic,stability,maneuverability and market oriented principle,and construct the evaluation index system of coastal tourism competitiveness,principal component analysis from three aspects of city development,city development competitiveness ? city infrastructure competitiveness and city ecological environment competitiveness,according to the city tourism competitiveness of the total score to determine the Zhoushan coastal tourism competitiveness;Finally,cut from two aspects of statistics and satisfaction of tourists and population.According to the evaluation results of the competitiveness of Zhoushan City,find out the existing problems in the development and put forward the countermeasures to improve the competitiveness.The full text reads as follows:The first chapter is the introduction,mainly elaborates the research background,the research significance,the research method and the technical route.The second chapter is the research summary and theoretical basis.Research progress and progress of tourists at home and abroad is divided into two parts: the research of coastal tourism satisfaction,is mainly more than 60 articles since 2010 were summarized,the domestic research mainly has the following problems: the research field is narrow,the research angle is single,lack of quantitative and qualitative research methods,combined with the research content slightly limitation.Based on this,the research ideas of this paper are determined,and the research angle of this paper is selected.Theoretical basis part mainly has competitive advantage theory,comparative advantage theory,regional growth pole theory and the "point-axis" progressive diffusion theory.The third chapter is the evaluation index system of coastal city tourism competitiveness.The index system according to the dynamic,stability,maneuverability and market oriented principle,determined using the factor analysis method,the construction of 3 levels,the evaluation index system of tourism competitiveness of the coastal city of 22 indicators,the comparative study of Zhoushan coastal tourism competitiveness and Liaoning Dalian,Hebei Tangshan,Shandong Qingdao,Jiangsu Nantong,Fujian Xiamen,Guangdong Zhuhai and Hainan Sanya,analyzes from three aspects of city development competitiveness,infrastructure competitiveness and competitive environment,the objective evaluation of its competitiveness ranked sixth in 8 in the city.The fourth chapter is the research on the satisfaction of the coastal tourist in Zhoushan city.The questionnaire was divided into the demographic part and the part of the tourists' satisfaction survey.The demographic analysis includes market distribution,gender characteristics,age structure,education level and occupation distribution 6 aspects;tourist satisfaction survey consists of accommodation,travel,history and folk culture and local residents of friendly foreign tourists is composed of 15 questions.The fifth chapter is the research on the problems and Countermeasures of Zhoushan coastal tourism development.According to the evaluation results of the competitiveness and visitor satisfaction survey results to find out the main existing problems in the development of coastal tourism,such as the lack of visibility of the city;catering,accommodation,ticket price is high;the development of tourism resources shortage;island festivals,folk customs and historical and cultural monuments attractions etc..From re positioning of the market,the appropriate adjustment of ticket prices,the use of their own resources,geographical advantages,highlighting the development of coastal tourism,upgrading of tourism products,the implementation of regional tourism cooperation and other perspectives to enhance the competitiveness of countermeasures.The sixth chapter is the conclusion and prospect,summarizes the main conclusions,refining the innovation of this paper,the analysis of the existing problems and the discussion,put forward to be further in-depth study of the problem.
