Analysis And Countermeasures Of Scientific And Technical Communication Obstacles

Scientific and technical communication plays an important role in promoting development of technology, science and society progress. But it is difficult to realize its function for there are many negative factors. Therefore, it is necessary to study the obstacles of scientific and technical communication.First, this paper analyzed the three key factors--disseminator, audience and means. Based on this analysis, it studied the mechanism of scientific and technical communication. And this is the preparation of further study on obstacles of scientific and technical commutation.Second, this paper analyzed how the three internal factors that affect scientific and technical communication from system theory angle. It also analyzed how environmental factors of politics, economy and culture affect the communication as well as the problems exposed in public emergencies.Third, based on the above analysis, this paper tries to present countermeasures from scientific and technical communication its own internal aspect, restrictions of external environment aspect and problems exposed by public emergencies aspect to put forwards scientific and technical transmission.Finally, this paper demonstrated the status and role of science and technology communication system in the national innovation system under the era of knowledge economy.
