The Observation On "The Belt And Road" Of Lianhezaobao

"The Belt and Road" is an important strategy of CPC after the 18 th National Congress.In recent years,from the interpretation of overseas media,it is not only a positive understanding,but many doubts and misunderstandings can also be found.As one of the representatives of the Overseas Chinese Media,Lianhezaobao can help us better understand the response from the foreign media,and put forward the corresponding improvement policies accordingly.This paper is divided into five parts,the first part is about the development of "The Belt and Road" and the attention of Lianhezaobao on it.According to the theoretical source and basic connotation of "The Belt and Road",the reasons and trends will be analyzed.The center section sort out the reason,content and effect of "The Belt and Road" from the Lianhezaobao's observation: they look for reasons,one is to carry out the strategy of "going out",the second is to build the "human fate",and the third is to challenge the existing international order;they pay attention to the construction of "The Belt and Road ",mainly can be divided into open economic strategy,multi-faceted political and diplomatic relations and cultural exchange history;they analysis the influence,although it also has some noise,the overall view that " The Belt and Road " strategy is to promote the Chinese economic cooperation level and provide opportunities for countries along the routes and built a good neighboring diplomacy environment.Finally,we observed negative misreading in Lianhezaobao about "The Belt and Road",such as "new tributary theory","new colonialism",geopolitical tool and so on.These arguments are essentially a reproduction of "China Threat Theory" near hundred years.Therefore,the observation and analysis of the overseas view is of great significance to enrich the "The Belt and Road" theory of Library Academic Resources,to understand the overseas response of Marx's theory of Sinicizatio,to gain recognition both in domestic and overseas.In addition,there are practical implications for the future implementation of the "The Belt and Road" strategy in the countries along the routes.
