Study On The Overseas Development Of Chinese Internet Companies On The Background Of "One Belt One Road"

With the strategy of "One Belt One Road",and development of Mobile Internet,Chinese Internet companies actively change their thought,adjust the strategies of development,and distribute overseas markets.During this exploring process,although some companies fail,some companies successfully win more space and profit,and shape good board of Chinese companies.This thesis will use literatures analysis and cases analysis to study how Chinese Internet Companies to develop oversea market.Considering two different kind of succeed innovative companies,of which is to innovate the business model overseas,such as Aliexpress,Bicycle-sharing;while another way is to improve the technical service,such as TENCO,Cheetah Mobile.Meanwhile to anywise some failed cases,such as searching engine of Baidu Japan,Wechat.On the basic of above,this thesis will try to summarize the good experience and failed reason,in order to be reference of other companies that will explore overseas market.The main content of this thesis is as below:Firstly,to discuss the main concepts,such as "One Belt One Road",the Internet Company.Secondly,to discuss two successful Chinese Internet companies that via innovating the business model,i.e.Aliexpress,Bicycle-sharing.Thirdly,to discuss two successful Chinese Internet companies that via innovating the technical service,i.e.TENCO,Cheetah Mobile.Fourthly,to study the failed cases of Chinese Internet Companies,and analysis the reason of failure.Finally,to summarize the thesis,and to prospect the future of exploring overseas market of Chinese Internet companies.Also to objectively assess the shortcoming of this study.
