In this paper,the oil marketing companies in Henan gas station business performance management practice based on the oil marketing companies in Henan have gas station business performance management background and performance management problems,put forward the system of performance management of the balanced scorecard management improvement method based on promoting performance management from "financial guidance" to "change the balance oriented performance management,the Balanced Scorecard Based management.In this paper,the application of performance management system based on Balanced Score Card in the gas station is studied with the case study of Henan petrochemical company.Draw the following conclusions:(1)the performance management reform to get the support of senior leaders:(2)the Balanced Scorecard performance management system should be based on clear objectives,the establishment of the company,department and individual performance index system composed of interconnected(3)good performance tracking process of performance management,job performance feedback and discover the problems in the process and improvement;(4)the performance management of the Balanced Scorecard to do staff training on all the staff to actively participate in the performance management system reform;(5)the performance management of the Balanced Scorecard to establish operation mechanism based on the performance management system to guarantee the smooth implementation of performance feedback(6)senior high school entrance examination and assessment and nuclear full communication(7)pay attention to the application of performance evaluation results,according to the results of performance appraisal,promotion,training and so on decided bonus Reward.In this paper,the Balanced Scorecard theory and performance management theory,the Chinese enterprises should be from the traditional performance management model to the balance of the integration of the integration of the performance management mode changes.The company's development strategy for the sector decomposition strategy,then decomposed into personal goals,promote enterprises to achieve strategic objectives,improve the organization and theimplementation of the staff;Balanced Scorecard financial perspective,customer perspective,internal business process perspective,learning and growth level index extraction based on four levels,the balance of current and future performance driven force,to achieve the sustainable development of enterprises.
