Research On The Safety Control Of China's Express Delivery Industry

Nowadays,China's express industry is developing rapidly,which has made outstanding contributions for the development of China's tertiary industry.However,all kinds of security issues frequently occur at the same time.It not only harms the interests of consumers and the social order but also presents a serious challenge to the safety control of public security organ.This paper will focus on the task " The study on China's security control of express industry",using the science of public security,the sociology as well as theories like the theory of the social security comprehensive management,the theory of the crime scene prevention,police duties and other related theory.Literature collection,comparative research,interviews and other research methods will be used in this paper to make a systematic theoretical study on the security control of express industry in ChinaThe paper will focus on six parts.The first part tries to define the concept of the express industry depending on the definition of the express industry at home and abroad,combined with the specific context of China's express industry and tries to distinguish with other relevant factors,focusing on a brief exposition for the current status of the industry and the future trend;the second part is about analysis on safety management and control of express industry by using related theory,mainly focusing on the theory of social security comprehensive management,the theory of the crime scene prevention and the theory of police duties;The third part analyzes the current security problems that have occurred like the industry practitioners crime and illegal delivery of illegal acts outside the express industry from internal and external dimensions;the fourth part summarizes the characteristics of security problems aiming at the problems exposed by the express industry and makes a deep analysis of its causes;the fifth part bases on some excellent foreign express delivery companies operating mode and summed up worthy of China's express industry reference;according to the comprehensive study of the above problem the sixth part puts forward the security control measures of China express industry such as improve the relevant laws and regulations,strengthen the industry supervision,the implementation of relevant mechanisms to improve the quality of employees etc.especially strengthen the public security organs of the express delivery industry a comprehensive system of security control.
