This paper takes XD company distribution logistics as example, combined with the actual situation of XD Company, aiming at putting forward a consignment mode that suitable for XD Company based on the disadvantage of the consignment mode. First, generally introduce the relevant theoretical knowledge of consignment according to different scholars studies of the consignment; Then, analysis the relevant factors influencing the consignment mode, especially in the real situation of XD group aimed at preparing for XD company implement consignment model; Thirdly, research on its specific measures like product, customer, information management and other factors when XD company applying consignment model; Finally, according to the expert advice make a scientific evaluation of XD company on the consignment with effective performance.This paper conducts further research on problems which should be solved when combining the consignment mode with enterprise practice by taking consignment model in distribution logistics of XD Group as a center. On the other hand, this paper explores how the consignment mode avoids the problems existing in the traditional mode of consignment. By analyzing the details such as the problems during the implementation of consignment mode in XD company and the solving matters, the XD company applying consignment mode to reduce transportation cost according to high &air &railway cost and to guarantee delivery time. The paper aims at show the other similar manufacture enterprise an example by probing the new consignment mode in XD group. Different enterprises have different situation, hence, there is no exact same management method be applied in other enterprise without change. It is believed that the different enterprise should be continuously self-improved and creative as well as explore its own suitable logistics model.
