In recent years, the productive service industry has gradually become the fastest growth rate in the world economy, the size of Productive service economy is increasing,In 2016,Chinese services accounted for 51.6% of GDP,As an important element of the service industry, productive service industry will play an increasingly greater role in the national economy. On the basis of literature research, analyze the development status, structure and efficiency of productive service industry between Shandong province and Guangdong province, the Value-added of productive service industry, factor input and labor productivity are compared through a simple comparison, found that the total output level of producer services in Shandong is lower than Guangdong, but the development speed ratio is higher than Guangdong; In Shandong province, investment in human capital and labor productivity are lower than Guangdong, the present situation of producer services shows there has a large gap between Shandong and Guangdong.Based on the quantitative analysis of the components, structure and competitiveness of the producer services in Shandong,it is found that the producer service industry is in the stage of rapid growth, while Guangdong has entered a mature stage. In the empirical analysis, using the 1984-2015 time series data of Shandong and Guangdong, establish the vector auto regression model, study the level of industrialization, the transformation of industrial development mode, the level of urbanization, openness, government size and other factors make different contributions to the development process of the service industry between Shandong and Guangdong The study found that level of urbanization has the most significant effect on the development of producer service in Shandong province, while the level of industrialization play the same role in Guangdong.shows that the two provinces are experiencing different stages. In Shandong province, urbanization level increased rapidly,it will make a good opportunity for the development of producer service. But while the level of urbanization has a big improvement, producer service increased rapidly in Guangdong province.Based on the input-output table of Shandong and Guangdong in 2012,this paper makes a comparative analysis of the linkage effects of producer services industry in two provinces. It is found that the effect of the final demand projects(including final consumption, capital and export)on the development of producer services in Shandong province is weaker than that in Guangdong. Two,in Shandong province, the agricultural production of information and financial services to support are weaker than Guangdong province.Three, the development of Shandong's producer service industry, especially the development of modern high-tech industries rely heavily on investment, which will form a big bottleneck for the development of the latter,it will lead to the lack of stamina impetus for economic. The four,in Shandong province, the development of manufacturing industry will promote the development of transportation and finance,it will directly drivet the development of the wholesale and retail and rental business in Guangdong province.Five, the development of the Guangdong province's third industry will directly drive the development of modern properties of productive services(such as information, finance, leasing business,etc.).The six,In Shandong province, the linkage effect between producer services and other industries needs to be further improved than Guangdong province.According to the characteristics of the producer services in the two provinces,we will propose targeted countermeasures and suggestion for the two provinces.
