Input-output Analysis To Anhui's Producer Services

At present,our country's service industry has developed rapidly and gradually become the new power to economy.It has influenced the economic growth mode.So,in order to convert economic structure well,producer service is the breakthrough.Survey shows producer service account for about 15%of the GDP.But this figure is insufficient to our manufacturing country.With the economic development of our country step into the "new normal",actively promoting the optimization of industrial structure and coalition of service and manufacturing,which is a new way out.Anhui,as the central province,it's the main power to rising of the central regions.The whole economy of our country enters the period of deepening reform,appearing as slow growth and pressure increasing.So in this context,how to develop the producer service industry in Anhui Province is very important.This paper is divided into five chapters.The first chapter is about the background and literature review.First,Through the introduction of the development of the producer service industries' characteristics and approaches in developed countries in the world,then turn to the development of producer services in China and find the weak our country have.It also lists the targeted measures and successful experiences of the developed provinces and cities in China.On this basis,it discuss the importance of paying attention to the development of producer services and promoting economic growth.Second,it introduced the domestic and international academic research on producer services,including definition and classification of producer services?research method?research direction.Meanwhile,it listed the 5 directions of the research on producer services in Anhui Province.Last,this paper briefly described the research ideas,innovation and inadequate.The second chapter is about the definition and classification of producer services,and this paper introduced the basic principles and theoretical knowledge of the input-output analysis method.The third and the fourth chapter are the core of this paper.The third chapter describes the development status and scale of producer services in Anhui Province,and has a general understanding of its development level.Then,it based on the input output table of Anhui Province in 2002,2007 and 2012,using intermediate input rate and initial input structure coefficient?intermediate demand rate and final demand structure coefficient?direct consumption coefficient?influence coefficient and sensitivity coefficient to analyze Anhui producer services' input structure?output structure?industry relevance?industry ripple effect.The fourth chapter used structural decomposition model of input output model to find factors affecting Anhui's development of producer services in two ways.The fifth chapter summarized the characteristics and problems of the development of producer services in Anhui Province in recent years,and proposed some suggestions measures to speed up producer services' development.Through empirical analysis,we can come to some conclusions.On the whole,The growth trend of Anhui's producer services in 2002-2012 is weak,which accounted for the proportion of the service sector grew by I.67%.But it does not match Anhui's GDP growth in the past 10 years.Then from the perspective of each industry,5 industries belong to modern logistics industry's structure changes are not obvious in 2002-2012,the link between industries remains to be improved.lt should be pointed out that the information service industry and the science and technology service industry compared with the other 3 producer services in Anhui Province are in backward situation,Besides producer services,other industries associated with them are weak.Based on this,Producer service industry in Anhui province is a kind of service industry with high correlation with other industries,and throughout the manufacturing process of manufacturing value chain.So,in order to promote the optimization and upgrading of industrial structure in Anhui,and promote the integration of producer services and manufacturing industries,it should play a clustering effect?solve the problem of shortage of professional talents?strengthen the construction of talent team.
