A Study On China's Economic Welfare Based On The Sustainable Development

Reform and opening up more than 30 years,China's economy has grown at a remarkable rate.At present,China's GDP has surpassed Japan,becoming the world's second largest economy after the United States.However,the rapid economic growth can not cover the lack of growth value.China's Gini coefficient over the years remain high.Deterioration of the ecological environment has not yet been fundamentally reversed.A series of social and environmental problems such as tightening of resource constraints and the surge in urbanization costs have aroused great concern and attention from society.The thirteenth Five-Year Plan continue to clearly put forward to enhance people's well-being and promote the comprehensive development of human development.China has entered an important stage of improving people's livelihood.From the perspective of sustainable development,this paper combine with China's national conditions to measure China's economic welfare by calculating China 's sustainable economic welfare index from 1978 to 2015.The result shows that China's current economic welfare has been increasing with the economic growth,China is currently no welfare threshold phenomenon which is the economic growth to a certain extent and the level of social economic welfare begin to stagnate or decline.However,due to income distribution gap,environmental pollution,resource consumption and other issues has caused the absolute gap between China's economic welfare and economy is getting bigger and bigger.In order to more objective evaluation of China's economic and welfare development,this paper calculates the "coupling degree" of economy and welfare which found that China's welfare and economic growth began to develop harmoniously.At present,China needs to formulate its adaptive development policy according to the actual situation of economic growth and economic welfare.Growth promotes economic welfare,promotes economic growth with economic welfare,and strives for the early realization of the coordinated development of the quality of it.In addition,this article from the institutional point of view to explore the impact of China's marketization level,government service quality and social innovation system on China's economic welfare.Using the ridge regression model to get the following conclusions:(1)The higher the degree of marketization,the stronger the ability of social resource allocation,the more conducive to the improvement of social welfare.(2)China's political and legal system more robust and reasonable will help curb the rent-seeking behavior.The higher the quality of government services,the more conducive to economic welfare growth.(3)Social innovation investment is an important source of economic and welfare growth.A country-related legal system construction more comprehensive,the higher the level of social and economic benefits.
