| With the ever-increasing of service industry and the improvement of importance of service economy in national economy,the status of service supply chain as an important platform of service operation management is improving.At the same time,the diversification of customer demands and intensification of market competition shorten the life cycle of service,the competition in service industry has turned from enterprise level to supply chain level.Service supply chain devotes to improve the traditional economic growth patterns or enhance the competitiveness of industries to meet customer demands,and help enterprises to acquire multiple interests.As members of service supply chain network,enterprises integrate the relationship between the customers and suppliers by strategic cooperation with supply chain partners,to break through the boundaries of their own resources,realize the overall improvement of service supply chain performance in the future.In the above process,there are also possible risks that result in service supply chain structure is unstable.Therefore,the risk management mechanism of service supply chain is derived.Excellent service supply chain external integration and service supply chain risk management may make it possible for enterprises to acquire more resources and reduce the uncertainty of future interest,but the enterprise is not the only creator of value,value should shift to be co-created by customer together with enterprise.Based on the service science theory,social network theory and value co-creation theory,and reviewing the existed literatures on service supply chain external integration、service supply chain risk、value co-creation and service supply chain performance,the paper in-depth explores the effects of service supply chain external integration and service supply chain risk on service supply chain performance,and investigates the role value co-creation plays in the mechanism.This paper tested hypotheses by using the empirical data of 249 service enterprises in the Pearl River Delta of China through questionnaire survey.The study finds that:(1)service supply chain external integration has a distinct positive impact on service supply chain performance;(2)service supply chain risk has a distinct positive impact on service supply chain performance;(3)value co-creation plays a regulatory role in the relationship between service supply chain external integration and service supply chain performance;(4)value co-creation plays a regulatory role in the relationship between service supply chain risk and service supply chain performance;By exploring the issues above,the paper will enrich research in the area of service science,especially service supply chain in China.Meanwhile,our findings will help managers and enterprises to improve service supply chain performance by utilizing service supply chain external integration and service supply chain risk management. |
