Under the background of industrial upgrading,a series of problems existing in traditional enterprises,such as single business structure,obsolete and rigid development mode,backward management concept and so on,have been further amplified by the market.Enterprises like commodity companies which follow the traditional model will face the most critical problem of how to complete the enterprise transformation.This study starts from consulting relevant literature,sorting out relevant theories,through the understanding of the bulk commodity industry,grasping the overall situation of S company and the research and analysis of its business model,this paper puts forward suggestions for the improvement and adjustment of S company’s business model and supply chain service.It is believed that S company should build on the existing J mall platform and combine its own advantages to build a more complete supply chain service ecosystem which connect with the upstream like large steel mills,smelters,state-owned enterprise traders,downstream customers like terminal enterprises such as processing plants,cable factories and many traders,and cooperate with the logistics and capital sides of state-owned enterprises to provide customers with perfect logistics services,agent procurement and other supply chain financial services.It is hoped that the research and suggestions of this paper for S company can enlighten the mode construction of supply chain management and supply chain service in bulk commodity enterprises. |
