Since 2010,A property insurance company-Guangzhou branch's market share have been catch up by Ping An insurance company.Company A is facing the challenge of regaining the market share.The current business structure of A property insurance company-Guangzhou branch has many problems hindering the development of the company.This article tries to optimize the company's structure in order to improve the operational efficiency and economic efficiency of the company,to make the company in an invincible position to face the fierce competition in the Guangzhou market.I also hope that the optimization of this company structure can help other insurance companies and promote the development of China's Insurance Industry.This article uses survey analysis,comparative analysis and system analysis.Based on the theory of the insurance company structure,this article investigated the development of A insurance company-Guangzhou branch's business organizational structure,and analyzed the advantages and disadvantages of the current business structure.After summarizing the business structure of insurance companies as well as the biggest competitors,according to the actual situation of the company external environment,the company's strategy,information technology and enterprise development stage,I optimize the business structure of the company,and proposes the measures to carry out the business organization structure optimization.Optimized structure change the current structure of linear structure to matrix type structure,change the “products centre” structure to “customer centre” structure.
