Organizational structure optimization is to find the organizational goals and tasks as the basis, to the organization’s internal structure, the elements of the system and coordination of adaptability, does not conform to the rational adjustment and improvement, to sustainable development to achieve the purpose of the organization.The continuous optimization and improvement of the organizational structure in the process of enterprise development will help to break the crisis of enterprise’s development, and it is an effective way to maintain the vitality of enterprises. In enterprises of different development periods, specific problems faced by organizational structure also each are not identical, to ensure that enterprises get the healthy and effective operation, we must according to the stage of the development of enterprises and real timely and effective on the organization structure of adjustment and optimization. Therefore, in the process of enterprise development must have a sense of crisis, timely detection of organizational structure of enterprise development constraints, combined with the actual situation on the stages of the organizational structure of the in-depth analysis and improvement, lift the resistance of the enterprise development, to meet the needs of enterprise development. In the part of theory research, mainly uses the literature research, questionnaire survey and comparative analysis combining research methods, introduces the organization structure optimization of the background, significance, research framework and research methods, and introduced the meaning of enterprise organizational structure, type, development trend and optimization theory in combination with the access to the domestic and foreign related research content. According to the statistical results of the questionnaire suggested the organization structure of NFP Electric Power Corporation and the problems in-depth analysis. By the theoretical analysis and the questionnaire on the organizational structure of enterprises the status quo proposed specific optimization measures, and the proposed optimization measures and the steps of the implementation process, implementation difficulties, safeguard measures and the late assessment etc.The research organization structure optimization design scheme of concrete, the organizational structure of NFP power generation company was full investigation, and according to the results of the investigation and collection of the opinions and suggestions of specific problems and optimization scheme are put forward. In this paper, the optimization of NFP power company organizational structure, its form of organization by the branch company restructuring became a subsidiary of, additional center infrastructure, equipment management center, operation center and management center, cancel the original pumped storage project settings sectors of the complex and multiple partial staffing. This paper to survey embodies a concentrated reflection of all kinds of problems is to put forward the corresponding optimization scheme and measures to solve the facing its parent company legal risk increases, is not conducive to the implementation of the national policy, parent company funding pressure and working process of the complex influence work efficiency increase, at the same time, highlight the company’s professional and technical advantages, a maximum simplification of the personnel and institutions, reduces the layers of management, expand the NFP power company level management range, and improve the efficiency of information communication effectiveness and management, finally realized the company’s organizational structure and strategy to adapt the development goal.
