Base on the analysis of existing problem of current organization of G enterprise. The paper make further analysis in detail on the environment of G enterpriselocated and the six factors which influence the organization structure revolution of G enterprise. Hereby,we have optimized and planned the new and suitedorganization structure for G enterprise.At the same time, for the protection of new organization structuresystem can be effectively implemented. We also put forward a series of measures, to ensure the organization optimized system to carry out successfully and play its due role in the overall operation of the company.
