| The organization structure of enterprise is the carrier to integrate all thefactors of production. It determines the basic operational state of enterprise. Therefore, the revolutionof organization structurehave become an unavoidable problem of modern enterprise to self-develop and self-improve.At present, China’s social development is extremely rapid. All industries have made great progress under the situation of overall political and economic rapid development. Due to the difference of industry, scale and management mode, each economic organizationwill face the organization structure innovation issue in their development process.This paper takes industrial service enterprise G enterprise as the research object, the organization structure theory as a guide, to collect required information through on-the-spot investigation, interview, email etc.. Base on the analysis of existing problem of current organization of G enterprise. The paper make further analysis in detail on the environment of G enterpriselocated and the six factors which influence the organization structure revolution of G enterprise. Hereby,we have optimized and planned the new and suitedorganization structure for G enterprise.At the same time, for the protection of new organization structuresystem can be effectively implemented. We also put forward a series of measures, to ensure the organization optimized system to carry out successfully and play its due role in the overall operation of the company.
