Study On The Risk Management Of Chen Pi District No.1 Block Land Transfer Project Of Longyan

Longyan city land reserve center as the center of Longyan city land reserve institutions,mainly responsible for land approval,provide for the conditions and financing work,participate in the whole process of land and housing levy,and to achieve the successful sale of land reserves to do the preparatory work.Since its inception,to achieve the return on assets,the government monopoly of land land market and revitalize the stock of land city,optimize the allocation of land resources,have made outstanding contributions to improve asset management of city land intensive utilization of land and.Since 2012,to participate in the work of the Central District of Longyan municipal government led land purchasing and storage area resettlement reconstruction of Longyan land acquisition reserve center,the city center moved to promote the pace of reform,the city has changed dramatically in a short period of time,as the center of the city construction has made certain contribution.However,the Longyan municipal government to promote the large-scale transformation of the area to move the work there is a large capital pressure,blind expansion,the policy environment changes and many other risks,to land reserve institutions have brought some pressure.This article from the government reserve land management in Longyan city land reserve center point of view,research on risk management by Chen Pi area field research in Longyan No.1 block of land after the specific circumstances of the project.In this paper,the research steps are: firstly,to Chen Pi Longyan region,No.1 plots of land leasing project risk identification,proposed Chen Pi of Longyan region,the risk of No.1 plots of land leasing projects;secondly,combining AHP with fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method of Chen Pi of Longyan region,1 plots of land transfer of the project risk assessment,so that Chen Pi Longyan region,No.1 plots of land in the overall high degree of risk transferring project,points out the main risk of the project implementation stage in the transfer period and transfer.Finally,on the basis of risk identification and risk assessment,this paper puts forward specific and feasible measures to ensure the smooth development of the project.The transfer of project risk management research by Chen Pi District of Longyan City No.1 plots of land,can effectively reduce the blindness of land to carry out the project cost control project land,improve land utilization,to realize the value of land assets value,at the same time for the government to effectively carry out the land transfer project reference.
