In the recent years,the E-commerce is developing very fast in China,which result in a large number of Internet users and maturing Insurance marketing environment,which brings to a good opportunity for the development of E-commerce of insurance.Especially from 2012,E-commerce of insurance steps into a high development period,all the insurance companies in the market start to carry on E-commerce through establishing official website,Insurance supermarket,portal website,offline business platform,the third party e-commerce platform.A research from I-Research consulting company dedicated that Chinese Internet insurance premium had reached to fifty-nine billion Yuan in 2016.PICC Insurance Company is developing very fast in the insurance market who has a largest market share in state-owned insurance companies.From the above,the E-commerce products of PICC Insurance Company are treated as the marketing strategies study in this essay.At present,although about 90% of the insurance companines launched its own official website,the main contents are mostly limited to the introduction of products,the company's background,online communication with customers,promote their own image and so on.Part of the insurance companies launched online insurance business,which is only limited to online underwriting and payment.Other service,like online claims,are not provided commonly.Therefore,at this stage,to adapting to the era of information economy,the insurance companies should make a special effort to the design of online products,the information interaction,the supporting services,the promotion,etc,which has very important realistic significance for any one insurance company.In this thesis,the author analysed the situation of implement of E-commerce of Quanzhou branch of PICC firstly,and then summed up the achievements and problems existing in the E-commerce of Quanzhou branch of PICC,and then bringed up the strategies on the development of E-commerce of Quanzhou branch of PICC by using the knowledge of management science,information technology and Electronic business.The author hopes to provide some references to how to improve the achievement of insurance company by E-commerce,how to humanize the customer service and how to scientize the administration of insurance company.
