In recent years,China's rural economic strength continuously enhance, the machinery investment in the production of main grain crops rapidly increase,machine-cultivated service investment into the fast rise, farmers tend to use labor saving mode of agricultural production. However,it is worth noting that,as an important factor affecting the adoption of agricultural machinery technology, land fragmentation has not changed significantly,China's agricultural land is still highly fragmented. So the reality appears a contradiction phenomenon that both the rapid development of agricultural machinery investment and machine-cultivated service and land fragmentation. If the size of the household land management is small enough, farmers must consider the possibility of investment in agricultural machinery to provide agricultural services to the market, but the decision will greatly improve the synchronization of agricultural investment can occupy quasi rent. Therefore, the cost of machine-cultivated service transaction will become a key factor in agricultural investment decisions. So as the main influence of machine-cultivated service transaction cost factor, land fragmentation will also affect the supply of farmers of machine-cultivated service. If the level of fragmentation of land in the short term is difficult to decline significantly, from the angle of transaction and transaction cost of machine-cultivated service, the research on the impact of land fragmentation of machine-cultivated services supply decision should become a matter of academic and policy priorities on the development of machine-cultivated service supply market under the condition of small scale and decentralized operation pattern.According to the transaction cost theory, this paper analyzed the impact of land fragmentation of machine-cultivated services supply decision.First of all, analyzed the academic value and theoretical basis of this study, clarifying the context. In the description section, analyzed the information of the land fragmentation and agricultural operation convenience, agricultural equipment purchase, content and scope and benefits of machine-cultivated service. Then, using the Heckman sample selection model and sequence Logit,Probit model investigated the impact of land fragmentation with the area and scope of machine-cultivated service for farmers, and other factors restricting farmers provide machine-cultivated service. From the level of transaction cost economics reasons in-depth analysis of machine-cultivated service investment is still rapid development and land fragmentation coexist. Finally, discussed policy considerations under the background of farmland fragmentation height to promote the development of machine-cultivated service market in the supply. The research conclusions are summarized as follows:1,Land fragmentation has negative effect on whether farmers invest in agricultural machinery, whether to provide machine-cultivated service and the supply decision of machine-cultivated service of the area and scope. In maintaining the technology and other factors unchanged, land fragmentation willsubstantially increase the transaction costs of machine-cultivated service, thus limiting farmers invest machine-cultivated service, interfere with expanding the supply area and scope. And compared with block shape, the decentralization of block caused by land fragmentation is more difficult to unified investment of agricultural machinery and agricultural technology, more is not conducive to the expansion of machine-cultivated service scope. The results from the side support expanding agricultural operations of land area is the main method to reduce land fragmentation of investment of machine-cultivated service adverse impact on peasant household, the implicit precondition is the convergence of crop planting structure and planting technology on the land of farmers.2,To improve the convenience of using agricultural conditions, such as land mass production, tractor road construction, help to reduce transaction costs of machine-cultivated service and to some extent, offset the inconvenience caused by land fragmentation to machine-cultivated service, and thus the impact of machine-cultivated service supply decision is more significant.Despite the long-term challenges of land resources in small scale, decentralization and fragmentation, the machine-cultivated service supply still can again to the market, professional development with land mass production, operation area increasing and agricultural infrastructure consummating. In other words, under the condition that the higher transaction costs of land consolidation, exchange, transfer and other land property rights adjustment, the improvement of agricultural operation convenience may be a major cause of the coexistence of machine-cultivated service investment remains rapid development and land fragmentation.3,The transaction costs of machine-cultivated service and the degree of specialization of agricultural households will lead to differences in the scope of supply of machine-cultivated service in different agricultural households. Therefore, taking into account the strengthening of agricultural household service professional level, reducing the transaction cost of machine-cultivated service,to break the land resources as the center of the business mode, operating scale of agricultural services to replace the scale of land management may be another driving force to promote the development of machine-cultivated service market in the supply of land fragmentation phenomenon have the long term characteristics.Combining with the results derived from the analysis, the following policy recommendations: to encourage farmers to produce adjacent plots, strengthening the cooperative / village collective power;actively expanding rural roads and other infrastructure(especially rural tractor road)construction;cultivating professional agricultural households, raising the level of machine-cultivated service. The innovations of this paper lie in:1,From the perspective of transaction cost economics to explain the economic reasons for farmers to invest in machine-cultivated service in the case of land fragmentation has not changed significantly;2,Through quantitative research,to reveal the mechanism of the impact of land fragmentation on the supply decision of machine-cultivated service, and to put forward to eliminate the adverse effects of land fragmentation is not necessarily to exchange, merger or transfer plots;3,To verify that the improvement of using agricultural conditions can to some extent offset the adverse effects of land fragmentation on the provision of machine-cultivated service.
