A Preliminary Study On Design Outsourcing Capability For Supply Side

Manufacturing Design Outsourcing occupies an important position in the fierce market competition,which can reduce the innovation cost,shorten the innovation cycle and improve the core competitiveness and enhance the enterprise’s ability to change.However,China’s current research on the design of service outsourcing is to undertake international projects in the analysis,for the domestic design services outsourcing research is still in the initial stage.According to the demand of structural reform of China’s supply side,the transformation and upgrading of manufacturing industry is regarded as the focus of this economic reform,providing high-tech supply requires enterprises with high-tech capability and innovation ability,and innovation is placed in the core of the national development of the overall situation,From the perspective of innovation to adjust the industrial structure.Based on the background of this research,this paper studies the commercial cooperation model of manufacturing service outsourcing by means of the in-depth study of the case company,so as to provide the development route and reasonable improvement direction for the domestic design service outsourcing company,Upgrade escort.By examining a large amount of data,the eSCM-sp model,which has a guiding role in the implementation of service outsourcing,has been selected after comparing the current global mainstream assessment model.Although this model is developed for the information technology outsourcing industry,but with the development of outsourcing industry,has been applied to other areas of service outsourcing,according to the model given the evaluation of indicators and indicators defined design service outsourcing characteristics,the model "Design" to make it better to define the content of the evaluation.This paper chooses the East wheat field industrial design company to conduct field research and interviews,from the three stages of the company to undertake the case,the analysis of each stage to undertake the design service outsourcing project income,the strategic adjustment of the various stages,and learn from eSCM-sp model Each stage of the design service outsourcing capabilities to do the assessment,according to the assessment level and the results of the company toimprove the next step to give reasonable advice.In view of the above situation,in view of the reform of supply side of our country,the urgent need for transformation and upgrading of manufacturing industry and the improvement of design service outsourcing can effectively improve the design innovation ability and reduce the enterprise innovation cost.The purpose of this study is to improve the outsourcing capability of China’s offshore design service outsourcing companies,and to provide some suggestions for improving the development of offshore design service outsourcing companies in China and to improve them according to the evaluation indexes mentioned in the service outsourcing capability model.
