An Empirical Study On The Transformation And Upgrading Of Yunnan's Manufacturing Industry Under Supply-side Structural Reforms

For a long time,the manufacturing industry in yunnan province with its own unique natural resource endowment advantage,gradually formed in the coal mining,metal smelting,building material,represented by the tobacco industry system,and occupy the important position in the whole national economy,but with the emergence of alternating the old and new momentum of China’s industry,yunnan part manufacturing,severe overcapacity in product supply problems such as poor quality,the mismatch between supply and demand,seriously restricted the further development of manufacturing industry in yunnan province,and how to crack this problem,from the perspective of the demand side,by increasing investment,expand exports,to increase production to meet market consumption methods cannot solve the plight of manufacturing industry in yunnan province,Only by starting from the supply side,improving the product supply structure,improving the supply quality,optimizing the layout of the manufacturing industry,and accelerating the cultivation of new driving forces of the manufacturing industry in yunnan can the transformation and upgrading of the manufacturing industry be fundamentally promoted.Therefore,this article will be on the supply side with the theory of structural reform,in summary,on the basis of previous literature and related theoretical results,combined with the actual situation of yunnan,the elements flow and system innovation as specific characterization of supply side structural reform theory,studied the factors of flow and the system innovation of the inner mechanism of the transformation and upgrading of manufacturing industry in yunnan province,and through the empirical study reveals the effectiveness of the mechanism.Specific view,first of all,is introduced in this paper,the research background,significance,research framework,method,and previous research and theoretical basis,and theory on supply side structural reform,the industrial shift theory,institutional change theory,factor endowment and elements flow theory and the theory of industry transformation and upgrading,so as to provide theoretical basis for this article.Secondly,through data processing and analysis,the trend and characteristics of yunnan factor flow(labor force,capital,technology),institutional innovation(fiscal and taxation system,scientific and technological innovation system,enterprise ownership structure reform system,and opening up system)and the development of manufacturing industry are revealed,which provide a realistic basis for this paper.Then,the mechanism of action of factor flow and institutional innovation on the transformation and upgrading of yunnan manufacturing industry and the impact of institutional innovation on factor flow are analyzed in detail,so as to explain the internal driving force of the transformation and upgrading of yunnan manufacturing industry under the supply-side structural reform from the perspective of mechanism.Finally,by building the index system and calculate the yunnan elements flow,system innovation and the transformation and upgrading of manufacturing composite index,based on OLS Eviews7.2 software for the selection of variables of multiple regression analysis,the authentication model fitting effect and validity,thus it is concluded that the empirical results,the empirical results proposed to cultivate elements liquid markets,promote system innovation and the transfer of surplus labor force countermeasure.
