Internet of Things,called “the network whose trait is to connect among different things”,is the 3rd wave of the world information industry revolution.Users' privacy can be easily exposed in the IOT,which leads to the lack of guarantee in the area of information security and the fuzzification of the concept of “privacy”.So ensuring information security and protecting users' privacy are key issues in using IOT technology.At present,most of the researches about the privacy protection which are done by employees in the situation of the IOT focus in the technical aspect,while there're lack of researches which are in legal aspect and management aspect.The research bases on the defining the concept of “the enterprise in the situation of the IOT”,and use Hovland's Persuasion theory,regulatory focus theory and Skinner's reinforcement theory to discusses the attitude and behavior mechanism of employees' privacy protection and set up a new theoretical model with the respective of the management and psychology.The situation of the Internet of things means that businesses which maybe use the technology of IOT in the progress of the management.In this research,we send 482 questionnaires where there're 462 effective ones and take reliability analysis and validity test by SPSS 21.0.Here're some conclusions: Firstly,there's a negative influence between controllers' authority and staffs' attitude towards private protection because the new traits of privacy protection in IOT,and there isn't significant positive influences between controllers' credibility and staffs' attitude towards private protection.Then,there's a significant positive affect between the pertinence of the persuasive content between staffs' attitude towards private protection,and the fear appeal have a positive effect on staffs' attitude towards private protection.Next,staffs' attitude towards private protection has a positive effect on staffs' behavior in privacy protection;The moderating effects of the promotion focus and prevention focus aren't significant.The research broaden the scope of application of Hovland's Persuasion theory,regulatory focus theory and Skinner's reinforcement theory and make these 3 theories to Integration and multiplication,which make the deepen and expand of the scope of research of privacy protection from Internet to IOT come true.In practice,it provide s scientific basis and suggestion of making privacy protection policies in the situation of IOT for enterprises,where there's a significant realistic meaning in developing information security and the construction of smart cities.
