Research On The Applications Of Internet Of Things Based On NB-IoT

The Internet of Things has been promoted to the level of national development strategy by many countries in recent years,and the applications of Internet of Things have penetrated into different industries.However,with the expansion of application areas of Internet of Things,plenty of factors that restrain the application of Internet of Things appear,such as energy,cost and network coverage,under this condition,the Narrow Band Internet of Things comes into being.On June 16,2016,the 72th time conference for the 3rd Generation Partnership Project RAN ended successfully,and the core protocols of NB-IoT R have been finished in RAN1,RAN2,RAN3,RAN4,which marked the Internet of Things developed into new stage.There are lots of researches at home and abroad at present.These researches mostly focus on the application,industry chain and influencing factors of Internet of Things.Yet as an emerging information technology,there are less research on the NB-IoT.Especially NB-IoT just begins the commercial application,the study on the application of NB-IoT both at home and abroad is basically blank.Therefore,this paper makes further study on the NB-IoT applications with theory analysis and case study.The paper makes a research on the Internet of Things development status both at home and abroad and gives a summary of the driving forces of Internet of Things.Then it analyzes the theories,such as technology acceptance model,resource-advantage theory and theory of planned behavior.Under the help of theories and based on the development status of Internet of Things,it selects user perception,cost,government behaviors,supply and demand as the first class index.Then it refers to the related research results,expand the index.It adds some index as the second class index to construct the driving forces models of Internet of Things.The paper uses case study as research method.First it encodes the information from the cases based on the models,then it gives the research from the four aspects,such as user perception,cost,government behaviors,supply and demand.Based on the analysis result,it amends the models.After that,based on the model and development status of Internet of Things,it filters three potential application scenarios of Internet of Things,such as smart city,smart home and intelligent logistics,then it gives specific explanation.Finally,according to the problems exiting during the development of Internet of Things,it gives suggestions from the perspectives of government,industry and companies,and the conclusion has certain reference value.
