In recent years, the rapid development of Internet of Things (IOT) has attracted the interest from business community and academic circles. IOT is considered as the next one trillion marketing opportunity. Chinese government paid great attention on the development of IOT and take it as one of the most important new industries. IOT has been widely applied in all walks of life which possesses great potential and promising prospect. With the development of network communication technique and the alteration of Economic Growth Pattern (EGP), the combination of IOT and modern business have shown some new development trends, such as ubiquitous ,personalized and socialize.The styles of production and life, as well as the capacity in information acquisition have changed greatly by the emergence of IOT. Meanwhile adumbrate a world-wide revolution in information technique. The core concept of IOT is perception, control, transmission and intelligence. IOT can build an integrated network system through the Internet, mobile communication network, sensor network, and on this consideration, IOT can achieve a collaborative relationship between persons and object. With the spread studies of IOT technology and its applications, information can be reliably transmitted, intelligently processed and collected real-time. And in this process, personal privacy information are commonly collected, storage, transmitted and applied. Based on the research situation, this dissertation tries to study the problem of using personal privacy information in IOT.This dissertation is organized as follows: First, this paper put forward and makes an overview of the topic of this research. Then, modeling and the theoretical analysis are presented and followed by the details of data collection and processing. The last section concludes the paper.1. Based on lots of representative literatures, the idiographic contents include several aspects as follows: the history and evolution of IOT, the key technologies and typical applications of IOT. And then summarizes the features, expressions and protection of personal privacy information. At the same time, analyze the essential aspects of personal privacy information. IOT is highly valued by industries, Governments and academic communities from all over the world, and considered as a new revolution in information technology. There are still many problems in the promotion process of IOT, for instance, technical standards, industry costs, technology security and privacy protection and so on. All these constitute destabilization factors mainly focused on technical realization. It is critical to study IOT from the view of management.2. IOT is an integration of data collection technology since personal privacy information has its different data forms, extended applications of IOT are limbered. Several theoretical methods and models in information diffusion and adoption techniques, such as TAM and IDT are major to the application of IOT. The basic idea of this study lies to an overall consideration of IOT and relevant IT adoption theory.3. On the basis o f information technology and the technical background of IOT, some related factors of IOT are introduced and some IOT service adoption model is modified. A consumer service acceptation measure scale of IOT is designed. Experimental data are collected by questionnaires. Factors which mainly affect the IOT services adoption are modified according to the one-hand data analysis. The results show that the construct of TAM, such as perceived usefulness, perceived ease of use is still the main factors which influence consumers’adoption of IOT. On the other hand, the constructs of UTAUT, such as performance expectation, social influence and experience, have a positive impact on the adoption of IOT. Otherwise, privacy and security had a negative impact on the consumers’adoption.4. Several privacy protection measures of IOT, such as legally enforcement, ethic self-discipline and advanced technologies are analyzed. Label destruction, machine mode and user model are summarized further in technical analysis. The empirical analysis model is constructed by the combination of decision tree and TAM model. Data are collected by scenario training and questionnaires for different privacy protection modes. The result shows that consumer expect reliable technology for privacy protection in order to fully enjoy the benefits of technology. Meanwhile, legal enforcement has a positive impact on the ethic self-discipline; consumers prefer to cho0se simple and practical technology model among all kinds of personal privacy information protection measure merits.5. On the basis of information economics theory, the privacy information is quantized and mathematical function model is established to capture the influence of different personal privacy information protection model on consumers’behavior. The result shows that the IOT service can collect more personal privacy information and analyze consumers’preference and habits which will change the equilibrium of the traditional markets. Meanwhile, the IOT can affect the participants from different aspects; every participant can get increase in revenue in the whole product life cycle process.
