| The improvement of regional innovation ability has become an important subject of building an innovative country in our country,and has become one of the decisive factors for the regional economy to gain the competitive advantage.The certain advances in both at home and abroad on the regional innovation ability evaluation research has recently,but is still not mature enough,existing research has remained mostly in the national and provincial level,and is mainly focused on the regional innovation capability of developed areas,and the Jiangxi Province less developed areas of the regional innovation ability research is still in the exploratory stage.The comprehensive science and technology strength of Jiangxi province and the contribution rate of science and technology to the economy are relatively weak,the lack of strong support for regional innovation capability.In our country,it is urgent and important to promote the construction of innovative country and the realization of the rise of Jiangxi Province in the central region of Jiangxi Province in the background.This paper first reviews the domestic and foreign research status of regional innovation capacity and its related fields,and expounds the theory of regional innovation,regional innovation system theory,regional innovation capability theory.Based on,according to the principles of evaluation index system of construction,combined with the Jiangxi province each district regional competence of innovation,the actual situation,this paper establishes a suitable for Jiangxi province 11 Design District,the evaluation index system of regional innovation capability,and using the weighted average method and cluster analysis method of Jiangxi Province each district city from 2004 to 2014 of regional innovation capability are analyzed,using time series analysis method,in Jiangxi province each district city comprehensive innovation ability and the innovation ability of four sub(knowledge creation,innovation environment,innovation and innovation output)were dynamic analysis and comparison.Through the horizontal comparison between different cities and the same city in different periods of vertical comparison and analysis,in-depth analysis of the Jiangxi province 11 district regional competence of innovation,the present situation,existing problems and their causes and future development potential.Research shows that the regional innovation capability is not only closely related to the infrastructure conditions,economic strength,the number of scientific research institutions and technical conditions,but also closely related to the comprehensiveintegration and effective integration of innovative resources.Regional innovation capability is not static,the regional innovation capability of the four sub areas of the score is constantly changing.Poor foundation conditions of the area by enterprises,the innovation subject subjective effort and investment,and government departments related incentives and institutional construction of perfect,including government investment in science and technology,especially the fundamental research in the field of investment,the same can catch up with and surpass the basic conditions for good.This paper is beneficial to all districts of the city of innovation subject grasp position themselves in the dynamic development of innovation ability,more for from each item ability raise hands,so that the region's regional innovation capacity is improved;in order to improve the regional innovation capability of Jiangxi Province to provide strong theoretical foundation and support.Ultimately,the enhance Jiangxi regional comprehensive innovation ability to provide guidance. |
