In 2015,the State Council issued the notice of "Made in China 2025",marking the implementation of China's manufacturing power strategy of the first ten years of the program of action.Textile and Garment industry is our traditional competitive industry.However,compared with the international advanced level,China's textile and garment industry is big but not strong,enterprises' quality is uneven.Besides,there is still a big gap between China and advanced countries in technological innovation,resource utilization efficiency,quality control and industrial structure.At the same time,developing countries are actively involved in the global industrial value chain,to undertake the industrial transfer of developed countries.China's economy has entered a new normal environment,it has been an established fact that textile enterprises have to change their production management mode to green manufacturing.However,this transaction is not easy,Chinese enterprises need long-time continuous strategic adjustment.Cultivating the core competitiveness for the new normal economy,textile enterprises can grasp the new development opportunities,and achieve sustainable development.Based on the related literature and the theory of the core competitiveness of enterprises strategic adjustment and combing on the theoretical analysis of the interaction mechanism of the two,this paper use mature text clustering methods to analysis China's listed textile companies strategy.These companies are derived to 4 kinds of strategic groups.The author make further reasonable choice that use Ruyi Group as a single case in this study,in order to research in the development process of the enterprise strategic adjustment in transition and core competitiveness under dynamic environment from vertical multi angle.According to the formal theoretical analysis and case study,we find that for enterprises which have accumulated certain competitive advantages,changes in the environment will affect the existing core competitiveness of enterprises in many aspects,and weaken the existing core competitiveness of enterprises,and even lead the advantages to disadvantages.At this time,in order to maintain the company's competitive position in the market,enterprises must reevaluate their existing resources and capabilities,and carry out strategic adjustment,in order to strengthen the competitiveness of existing competitiveness or reshape a new core competitiveness.However,after the enterprises form the new core competitive power,they will overestimated the current profit mode,and form path dependence,and dominant curing.At this point,the enterprise must take the initiative to adjust strategy to prevent curing trap,maintain a competitive advantage into the next round cycle competitive advantage.Thus,in the interaction of environmental change,path dependence and strategic adjustment,the competitiveness of enterprises shows a spiral trend,and gradually forms a unique core competitiveness.
