Enterprises in market competition be competitive,to the rapid development,it is necessary to strengthen its core competitiveness.Therefore,this article through the core of competitiveness theory,strategic management theory,as well as mergers and acquisitions based on the theory of motivation,using case studies and theoretical analysis combining qualitative analysis with quantitative analysis of combining research methods,the use of enterprise's core competitiveness theory and M & A Motivation Theory on theⅩgroup's core competitiveness of an objective-depth analysis,and give the related proposals.In this article,the first part are discussed in this article the research background, research purpose,research methodology and thesis structure system;the second part of the main system on the strategic management theory,core competence theory, and M & A theory of motivation;the third part of the main group on the development process ofⅩGroup's internal and external environment analysis; fourth part of the main analysis ofⅩGroup's core competitiveness,seeking approval of merger and acquisition strategies to achieve corporate The purpose of the core competitiveness;PartⅤAnalysis of M & A strategy groupⅩ,as well as the strategy for enhancing the competitiveness of existing core role;Finally the conclusions and prospects for part of this thesis are summarized,and continue to study after a Prospect.Through the analysis,this paper argues that,in order to develop,only through external expansion strategy,namely,by the M & A opportunities,rapid implementation of the expansion of enterprise scale.Of course,it need continue to maintain its industry status,it is necessary to rely on horizontal M & A means there is planning,through the integration of management,effective mitigate or eliminate conflicts arising from mergers and acquisitions,M & A business and achieve the goal of full integration of enterprises to obtain synergies,mergers and acquisitions to create value,achieve advantages through the continuous upgrading of its own core competitiveness and success in the domestic set up chain of institutions,finally achieve the objectives listed.
