Today's society is no longer a simple requirement for the community to create profits,solve the employment problem,more requirements for enterprises from the broker into social people,to fulfill their social responsibility should be undertaken.Since 2000,corporate social responsibility has begun to enter the public vision and attention by the parties,we through the corporate social responsibility marketing research,not only can urge enterprises to bear the basic social responsibility,but also to guide enterprises through social responsibility marketing to achieve their own development of.In this paper,Tencent as the research object,the use of management,marketing,sociology and other disciplines of theoretical knowledge,to collect domestic and foreign corporate social responsibility,social responsibility marketing research point of view,summed up the enterprise ethics theory,stakeholder theory,Research on the Theory of Corporate Social Responsibility.Through the network search that in recent years Tencent company users,employees,external social responsibility marketing measures,while the use of Tencent internal staff and the public interview to sum up the focus and found Tencent's corporate social responsibility in the marketing aspects of the problem And give reasonable advice.In addition,summed up the Tencent company in public service publicity,public welfare affiliated marketing and charity behavior and other aspects of the marketing strategy,aimed at the Internet companies to learn from the same time,put forward the "social responsibility marketing as an important part of corporate marketing strategy " " The traditional social responsibility to commercial operation,and with their own business advantages," and other proposals,hoping to bring to the traditional enterprise to inspire.This research can play a positive role in the development of corporate social responsibility marketing,and also has some positive significance to improve the social responsibility marketing level and enhance the competitiveness of enterprises in China's Internet enterprises.
