The 21 st century,the trend of marketization of China’s petrochemical enterprises gradually,how to survive in the fierce market competition and development of petrochemical enterprises are facing major issue.In the face of the fierce market competition,qilu petrochemical company is an urgent need to reduce costs,improve efficiency,enhance the competitiveness of the enterprise itself.And one of the effective means to improve enterprise competitiveness is to objectively accurate and fair performance evaluation.Human resources development and management is the core of enterprise management,human resource management and performance appraisal is the basis work,the employees’ work performance directly reflects the enterprise’s management level.The same is true for qilu petrochemical company,by establishing a scientific and effective performance appraisal system,can realize enterprise strategy,promote the improvement of enterprise performance,and enhance enterprise competitiveness.This paper first analyzes the present situation of qilu petrochemical company and in the current environment doesn’t fit the performance appraisal management problem,a study on performance evaluation system so as to discuss the strategic significance and necessity.According to dynamic performance evaluation in the field of research at home and abroad,from the performance appraisal,especially the related theory of key technical indicators(KPI),through the survey of qilu petrochemical company staff,master first-hand information,analyzes the qilu petrochemical company’s existing problems of staff performance appraisal system,and puts forward improving measures.From key technologies were analyzed and determined indicators(KPI)and design of system,optimize the performance appraisal system of qilu petrochemical company.Finally KPI for reference theory method and specific protection measures are put forward.
