Study On The Problems Of Traffic Congestion Governance Countermeasures In Qinhuangdao

Qinhuangdao is a historically and culturally famous city,one of the first opened coastal cities of China,an important port of foreign trade of Northeast Asia,and it is located in the center of Bohai economic circle,and it is a combined part of the two major economic zones,which are northeast economic zone and North China economic zone.The population is expanding with the development of society economic.The expanding population results in the traffic congestion problems becoming more and more serious.The serious traffic congestion problems have influenced all aspects of the city's development.So,the problem of traffic congestion is the most important problem to be solved in the current development of Qinhuangdao.This thesis takes the problem of traffic congestion in Qinhuangdao as a starting point,has an empirical analysis of the current situation of traffic congestion in Qinhuangdao,and has a deep discussion on the reason of traffic congestion.Basing those puts forward the constructive and applicable countermeasures and suggestions to govern the traffic congestion problems in Qinhuangdao.The inhabitants' travel modes,time consumption,point in time and distance in Qinhuangdao appears some regularity.In recent years,the motor vehicle ownership in Qinhuangdao increased rapidly.Although the road traffic facilities are improved gradually,but the road traffic facilities still can't meet the traffic demand now.In general,the traffic congestion problems in Qinhuangdao show a certain characteristics in time and space,and that needs us to think the reasons.Many reasons cause the traffic congestion in Qinhuangdao,such as the defects in transportation science planning,the relative lag of traffic management level,the lack of competitiveness of public transport,and the phenomenon of parking occupying the lane.Therefore,this paper puts forward the countermeasures and suggestions pointedly for governing the traffic congestion problems in Qinhuangdao.Doing a deep research on the problems and countermeasures of traffic congestion in Qinhuangdao has important theoretical and practical significance.In theory,the research can provide a theoretical basis for the future study of scholars,and it can provide someuseful reference for Qinhuangdao and other cities in governing the traffic congestion problems.In practice,the research on the problems of traffic congestion in Qinhuangdao can have an important practical significance to Improving the travel efficiency,reducing the traffic accidents,improving the urban environmental sanitation,energy savings,and the city's sustainable development.
