Quality Management System Process Universal Auditing Design

Nowadays,with the rapid development of economic integration,more and more enterprises are facing fierce competition in the globalized market,customers' requirements for product quality are also becoming higher and higher,opportunities and challenges are existing simultaneously.The core element of competition in the market is quality competition.In order to improve the quality of products,enhance the competitiveness,enterprises need to reduce costs,improve quality management level,establish a series of appropriate quality management system,and to make it operate sustainably and effectively.And the certification audit for the quality management system of enterprise,is not only the proof of the operation effectiveness of the quality management system,but also the embodiment of the enterprise core competitiveness.This article takes the first certification enterprise in Yunnan Province-Kunming Cable Group Co.,Ltd.for an example,after the author participating auditing ISO9001: 2008 quality management system in Kunming Cable Group Co.,Ltd.according to department and the terms of the audit,and through deep investigating on quality management system in the workshop,then re-observing the auditing courses and processes in the audit,studying how to use the process method to establish the audit indicator system and audit model of the company under the guidance of related theories and literature research,redesigned a new auditing method-process method audit finally.From the process method audit,it can be inferred an objective and scientific result to verify its quality management system is adequate,appropriate and effective.Through some comprehensive analysis of audit effectiveness about the company's quality management system,the author raised some operable and improvement proposals for the company's quality management system,and thus realize the effectiveness of the quality management system audit,and ultimately realize the value-added audit of a company.The author established a set of operational and effectiveness audit system and models for the company's ISO9001 quality management audit through paper research.With the successful application of the audit indicator system and audit model,it provided some comprehensive,sustainable and scientific suggestions for continuously improving the operational and effectiveness of the company's ISO9001 quality management system,thus laid a solid foundation for the development for the company.
