With the implementation of the government-oriented "broadband China" as well as that the communications industry entered the era of full service carrier,the infrastructure network access services drawn more and more attention from various service providers represented by Group line,and are making all-efforts to promote in terms of fundamental ability layout,supporting system construction and marketing.As the challenger of Group private line,Heilongjiang Mobile Company is facing pressure from not only competitors,but also the internal demands of perfecting its own full-service capabilities.Accelerating the development of line service of business group has become the critical mission of Heilongjiang Mobile Company currently.This thesis makes a detailed analysis of the current developing status of Group line service of Heilongjiang Mobile company,describes the management mechanism,developing process,supporting system and trend,and comes to conclusions: Firstly,the access network resources for line service are insufficient,the support service system is imperfect,the supporting staff are not enough,the process for customers' complaints is confusing and the efficiency of in-sale service and after-sale service is quite low,all these are the key issues to constrain the line service development of Heilongjiang Mobile Group.Secondly,by analyzing the causes of these issues,the author finds that the less resources investment is the fundamental cause of limiting the line service of Heilongjiang Mobile GroupIn addition,supporting service system cannot adapt to business development,construction companies and maintenance companies have insufficient capacity,and the Internet content resources are in short supply,all of these facts constrain its business development.Moreover,combining with the macro development environment of the group line service and its own advantages and disadvantages,the author proposes the strategic concept of speeding up the development of the Group line service,and explains the implementation of each policy.Finally,all the measures to reach the developing goals are discussed one by one.This paper aims to provide the fast development of Heilongjiang Mobile Group line service some practice advices for reference,to improve the full-service layout capability and gain higher informatics revenue,making the company lead in the future competition.Also,the author wishes to bring some value reference for domestic communications carriers and other related enterprises through this study.
