Research On The Multi-agent Cooperation Of The Old Industrial Area Recycling

Along with our country gradually change from the industrial age of the“manufacturing city” to the post-industrial age of the “service-oriented city”.On the one hand,occupying the city's advantage location industrial zone hasn't been more and more adapt to the rapid development of urbanization.On the other hand,the traditional management mode and the serious pollution of the environment problem make the industrial area abandoned and idle,it has been a sharp urban problems.The recycle of old industrial area becomes an important part of the process of urbanization in our country.However in the process of recycling,due to the related policy is not clear,the project of cooperation mechanism is not sound,the contradictions of each participation main body tends to realize their own benefit maximization all influence the process of recycling seriously.Paper analyzes the land management system,state-owned enterprises reform system,regional policy to reveal contradiction and root of the old industrial area recycling;explore the characteristics and interest demands of each participate in the recycling process and design organizational structure and governance processes of the multi-agent cooperation,every participation can effectively avoid contradictions and promote social justice to realize comprehensive recycling of the old industrial area under the relationship of mutual cooperation;Based on the perspective of “rational economic man”,establish the cooperative mode game model: Analysis the government's regulatory mechanism,by revising the parties benefit factor to achieve the goal of improving the probability of the due diligence and reducing rent-seeking,make the recycling work in a fair,standard andefficient environment;The set model is used to calculate how to meet the requirements of all stakeholders in the process of negotiation scheme;Based on principles of profit distribution,construct a multi-agent cooperation mode according to the principle of Shapely value and Nash bargaining solution.According to the number of the financing,investment amount and risk ability to pay for earnings to correct distribution,and get fair and reasonable profit distribution scheme.Combining with Beijing 798 Art District to apply Nash bargaining solution to simulate interest distribution,the results of the analysis model has operability and effectiveness;Discuss the mechanisms which contribute to cooperation of every main body to balance the appeal of the subject and help decision making.
