| With the development of the economy and the raise of the level of customers’need,the manufacturing enterprises must enhance their core competitiveness,theyneed outsourcing their non-core logistics to the third-party logistics enterprises.Thelinkage development of manufacturing industry and logistics industry is a generaltrend,it can make the resources allocate rationally and effectively,and promote therapid development of the two sides.There are large quantity of papers in China andabroad conducted on the cooperation manufacturing enterprises between third-partylogistics enterprises,but these on how to choose the partner in the cooperation and inthe later distribution of benefits are very limited.This paper is in the case of asymmetric information,through the classicalbargaining model of Game Theory to simulate and evolved the process of negotiationsgame between manufacturing and logistics industry.Manufacturing industry wasselected as the research object.At the very first the capabilities of the third-partylogistics companies were evaluated.Based on their own requirements on the relevantlinks of logistics,the manufacturing companies can work out the parameters oflogistics capabilities and evaluation indicators,and choose the manufacturing logisticsenterprises that can meet their needs,according to the level of third-party logisticscapabilities,to develop the corresponding contract.On this basis,manufacturers andlogistics service providers drive a bargain during signing the contract,the paper usethe classic model of Rubinstein alternating offers,the two sides take turns to offer aprice,take the influence of the discount factor,the ability to learn on bargainingpower and psychological price into consideration,then analysis the entire bargainingprocess,and find the solution,finally obtain optimal pricing strategy.This paper mainly contribute to promoting to establish harmonious and friendlystrategic partnership between manufacturing enterprise and third-party logisticsenterprises,in order to achieve the purpose of getting transaction costs lower andreducing opportunity loss,thus achieving the rationalization of distribution of profits, and then to obtain maximum profits.... |
