Research On Financing Methods Of E-commerce Companies

As things are at the moment,China's e-commerce enterprises are facing unprecedented opportunities.There is a broad space for e-commerce enterprise's to develop in the right age.In China,e-commerce enterprises are facing homogeneous competition,that exits both opportunity and challenge.It is urgent to choose the right financing way to improve the utilization efficiency of financial resources,so as to solve e-commerce enterprises financing's problem.If e-commerce enterprises want to survive and develop,they need the the support of capital.In China,JD is one of famous e-commerce enterprises,so I choice JD group as the case.The first chapter is introduction,which discusses the research background,literature review,research methods,innovation and shortage.The second chapter is the theoretical basis,reference to theory about e-commerce enterprise both at home and abroad,I summarized its financing methods and characteristics.The third chapter begins to analysis the case,this section is an important part of this article.This chapter introduces background information of JD,including JD introduction,organization,shareholding structure.Then analyze the JD group financing methods.JD choose mezzanine financing and equity financing in growth stage.and choose IPO and bond financing in mature period.Secondly,discussing the funds be used in the logistics system construction and strategic layout of investment.Then,discussing the JD group financing method's advantages and disadvantages in this paper.Then,through the above analysis,summarize the JD the financing method,explore the reasons why the JD in earnings loss situation still won the favor of many investors.Finally,according to the JD group's future business layout.Give some suggestions on the future financing of JD.The forth chapter gives the suggestions,from the specific case further extends to the breadth of the industry,give the e-commerce enterprise some suggestions of financing.At the same time,in order to promote the development of e-commerce enterprises,the government should guide e-commerce enterprises,and this paper try to give some policy suggestions.the fifth chapter is the conclusion.
