Study On Multi-warehouses Location Of UNIQLO B2C Electronic-commerce

Based on the analysis of logistics costs and geographical distribution of orders in the past year of UNIQLO company , this article focus on how to decrease the storage costs and shorten delivery time , by using optimal method of the total costs and total transport time-consuming. A solution is proposed that Shanghai is a general warehouse, Beijing/Guangzhou as branch warehouse.This thesis Calculated the decreased logistics costs by adding more branch warehouses , demonstrate it's reasonable to add Beijing/Guangzhou warehouse as branch warehouses. In the same time, it discussed the possibility of add more warehouses and proved the proposed project is the best.This thesis also discussed the inventory strategy in the case of multi warehouses, given the equation of safety sinventory and the rules of Inventory Move between general warehouse and branch warehouse.
