Since the 1980 s,the theory of supply chain management has been developing rapidly both in theoretical and industrial fields.With the rapid development of economy,the competition among enterprises becomes more and more fierce.The competition of port enterprises and its upstream and downstream enterprises in their respective industries is increasing fiercely.So port enterprises began to seek cooperation with upstream and downstream enterprises to enhance the competitiveness of enterprises.However,the failure rate of supply chain collaboration can reach 50% to 70%.The main reason that leads to failure is the uneven distribution of interests.Therefore,under the premise of win-win cooperation,the port supply chain alliance is necessary to set up a fair,reasonable and practical mechanism of benefit distribution.This article embarks from the present situation of port supply chain profit distribution in our country,combining with the actual situation of Qinhuangdao port,exploring to establish a reasonable multi-stage supply chain profit distribution model,in order to achieve the purpose of the healthy development of the port supply chain alliance.Firstly,on the basis of having systematically elaborated the related knowledge of supply chain management and game theory,basic connotation and basic requirements of the distribution of interests,this paper made a thorough analysis of the current situation of the port supply chain profit distribution in our country.And analyzed the main influence factors that influence the port supply chain profit distribution in detail.In order to lay a solid theoretical foundation for the port supply chain profit distribution model.Secondly,in reference on the basis of existing benefit allocation methods,this paper established a basic interest distribution model of multi-echelon port supply chain by using Stackelberg game model and Shapley value method based on a single source enterprise and multiple source enterprises.And considering the factors such as cost,location,innovation ability,risk,bargaining,effort,reward and punishment,this paper improves the Shapley value method,and establishes an improved model of benefit distribution in multi-echelon port supply chain.Finally,taking the Qinhuangdao port as an example,analyzed the current situation of Qinhuangdao port,established a basic interest distribution model of multi-echelon port supply chain,and through the long-term development of port supply chain alliance,improve the competitiveness of Qinhuangdao port.
