The collaborative supply chain management is a new form organization in industry. The way to create value is no substitute which are necessarily and indispensable to exalt or strengthen its own competitive advantage by the CSCM , almost each enterprise acquires the resources or the ability, but it cannot get alone .the consociation of supply chain can lower bargaining cost effectively, make use of the resources, and hold the market in the certain district or the subdivided market.The Collaborative Supply Chain management is more difficult than the single enterprise management. The harmony and distribution in the collaborative supply chain is more different than in single enterprise .although cooperative enterprises are formed as a community, they have their own interest. Each enterprise wants to maximize its benefit, which reflected from its protection from the regard on the distribution of income. Actually each enterprise profit is distributed from the overall incomes in the collaborative supply chain. So the way of rational distribution is a key to the stabilization and success in the collaborative supply chain.The benefit of the collaborative supply chain management is to some extent determined by the cooperation of its members. This thesis analyzes strategies which exist in enterprises to maximize benefits of the supply chain from the angle of economics, in use of game theory, we built up two-stages dynamic game models to analyzes four strategies combinations of supplier and manufactures , to look for a best strategy and condition for the collaborative supply chain, and gets a best combination strategy on the premise that the feasible pareto in the supply chain is best. And then utilizing the models of Sharply Value and Nash negotiation to distribute the system profit of the collaborative supply chain.
