Research On Rural E-commerce Poverty Alleviation In Guangshan County

With the popularity of the Internet in recent years,rural e-commerce also showed vigorous momentum of development.Farmers would contact each other through e-commerce directly,e-commerce would also increase farmers' income by broaden the sales channel,e-commerce shorten the gap between rural and towns.With the developing of rural e-commerce,a poverty alleviation activity is carrying out.Under the background of the CPC central committee put forward the precision of poverty alleviation,how to make use of the Internet technology,vigorously develop rural electricity poverty alleviation work,benefit those poor farmers in e-commerce poverty alleviation projects,achieve the goal of income poverty,development-oriented poverty relief be the third major method for poverty alleviation,is the meaning of this article.This article summarizes the related literature,on the basis of the theory of industrial cluster,resources endowment theory,institutional economics,the author selected the poverty alleviation work development electric business good the Guangshan county as the research object of the memory questionnaire interviews.The empirical research method of combining questionnaire through questionnaire conducted in-home interviews.The authors targeted three poverty villages located in north,south,and west of Guangshan county,collected 149 questionnaires.And on this basis,the results of Guangshan county e-commerce analysis find out the reason why the poverty alleviation work was so effective in Guangshan county.During the visit,the author provides a series of suggestions by analysis the existing poverty alleviation work in Guangshan county.This article would provide constructive opinion to improve the e-commerce poverty alleviation,even thereby giving impetus the poverty alleviation of e-commerce in Henan province.The conclusion of this research is follows: firstly,the development of e-commerce poverty alleviation has become the most powerful project,it promotes and perform an important role in the stage of China's poverty alleviation;Secondly,e-commerce poverty alleviation and development is the basis of implementation of poverty alleviation project at the national level.To provide solid foundation of precise poverty alleviation,through to the poor precision positioning,to ensure that poor people's benefit maximum during the national poverty alleviation projects;Thirdly,a few question present during the poverty alleviation,such as personnel training,backward infrastructure,shortage of funds,these problems will become the inevitable common elements in the e-commerce poverty alleviation,to solve those problems,more social forces to participate is needed.At the present stage in China,researches of e-commerce poverty alleviation and development are mostly focused on China's eastern and western field such as Yunnan province.Before this article,e-commerce poverty alleviation research project in the central of China,Henan province,especially in the county is unprecedented.This article realized the e-commerce poverty alleviation in Guangshang county,would be an important reference in Henan province.
