A Research On Funds Centralized Management Of ZX Pharmaceutical Group

With the rapid development of national economy, a lot of domestic enterprise groups emerges to adapt to the modern commercial economy with a large number of capital, talent, patent technology and production capacity which help them to occupy the dominant position in market and contribute greatly to national economy. However, with the overall development of these groups, internal multilevel management systems have been established gradually with subsidiaries which distributed broadly, complicated governance structure and long chains, which increases management cost and capital risks. Correspondingly, the headquarters find it difficult to control business activities of all group members. It is urgent for the big groups to the explore and apply new management mode for development.Financial management plays as the core of enterprise management, of which capital management is often the most important part. Centralized management of funds, which meet the needs of enterprise group centralized control, has become the common trend for large-scale enterprise groups. The fund centralized management system helps groups to realize the synergistic effect and show scale effect.This paper follows the rule of "Theory summary- case analysis- problem solving". First of all, the writer summarizes main application results and basic model of the centralized fund management theory. Then, based on the current investigation, the effect of capital management and so on, we analyze real centralized management situation of ZX Phamaceutical Group in order to find its deficiency. At last, in view of the existing problems, we put up with improvement measures covering from the clearing system, business process, budget management and other aspects. These measures not only conducive to the funds management situation improvement, but also hope to make a beneficial exploration for improving fund management level for our country’s enterprise groups.
