The Evaluation Model Of Ability Of Organization And Management Of Project-oriented Innovative Enterprise

With the transformation of human society to the knowledge economy,innovation has become the key to promote economic growth and improve the competitiveness of science and technology.Although the innovation performance of Chinese enterprises has made great progress,it still needs to be improved in the organization and management of enterprise innovation activities.Therefore,it is very necessary to set up an appropriate and effective organization and management model of innovation activities from the organizational level.To establish the enterprise organization and management model for innovation,we must first understand what are not adapt to the enterprise organization and management innovation activity.Therefore,it is necessary to evaluate the organization and management of enterprise innovation activities.Therefore,based on the modern project management theory and innovation management theory,this thesis makes a systematic study on the innovation of the project-oriented enterprise.According to the research of the project oriented organization and innovative enterprise on related literature,this thesis puts forward the evaluation model of organizational management ability of project-oriented innovative enterprise including six elements:strategic management,organizational culture,management mechanism,organizational system,organiza-tional innovation management capability and organizational member innovation management capability.Based on the analytic hierarchy process(AHP)method,the evaluation index were weighted.Combined with the expert investigation method,this thesis evaluates the organization and management ability of the project-oriented innovative enterprises.Based on the evaluation results,the paper designs the cobweb model for the evaluation of the organizational management ability of project-oriented innovative enterprises.This thesis uses the reverse AHP to diagnose the health status of the project-oriented innovative enterprises,and puts forward the process of improving the ability of organization and management.Finally,taking A company as an example,this thesis makes an empirical analysis on the evaluation method of organizational management ability of project-oriented innovative enterprise.The conclusions of this study can be used as a reference for improving the ability of organization management ability of project-oriented innovative enterprise.
