Research On Financing Risk Management Of PPP Model

PPP financing mode is the government and the private sector to public facilities construction or service as an opportunity to sign the corresponding contract agreed to share the project financing risk,project construction responsibilities and benefits,work together to complete the project to achieve win-win financing.The risk of financing is the deviation between the financing result and the expected result of the enterprise or project in raising the fund process due to uncertainty factors such as financing failure,lower than expected return and risk of repayment.In this paper,it is found that the financing risk exists in the whole life cycle of the project,and the motive is also diverse.However,there are still some shortcomings in the study of PPP financing risk such as the identification,assessment and response of financing risk,Can be a common research method.Therefore,this paper first introduces the PPP financing model in the public service or product application,and then systematically combs the PPP financing mode and financing risk concept,type,evaluation method.On this basis,A sewage treatment plant upgrade project Financing risk assessment,analysis of the project life cycle at all stages of the financing risks,risk assessment,pointed out that the risk of sharing and control strategies for similar environmental projects after the financing risk to provide a reference.
