With the development of air transport liberalization in the world,Air transport industry in the era of opportunities and challenges coexist in China.The market competition between our airlines is becoming more and more intense,and each airline needs to gain the sustainable competitive advantage in order to develop in the competition.The advantages of human resources and high organizational performance are becoming a key point and important support force for airlines to form competitive advantage.Employees are the most basic component of a company,so the key to improving organizational performance is to improve employee performance.There are many unfair phenomena in our airlines,which can lead to lower job satisfaction,which has an impact on job performance and organizational performance.Based on this,this paper studies the relationship between organizational justice and job performance and the impact of employee satisfaction on the above two indicators with organizational justice as independent variables,job performance as dependent variable and job satisfaction as mediator variables.Firtly,this paper analyzes and summarizes the relevant literature and theories about the sense of fairness,employee satisfaction and organizational performance.Secondly,this paper puts forward the relationship between organizational justice and job performance and the assumptions and theoretical models about the intermediary role of employee satisfaction on the above two indicators,and finally design the scale about organizational justice,job performance and employee satisfaction for the airlines' staff.Once again,this paper analyzes the data with analysis software,and makes the reliability analysis,validates the theoretical model and the assumptions with the correlation analysis and regression analysis.At last,this paper mainly summarizes the conclusion of the research,and designs the optimization mechanism and strategy of organizational justice and employee satisfaction.
